Role Overvie wWe are seeking a high-energy, goal-oriented Energy Industry Recruite r to join our agency staffing team. In this role, you will drive full-cycle recruitment for specialized technical, engineering, field operations, and project delivery talent across the energy spectrum. You will build candidate pipelines, navigate market transitions (e.g., traditional power to clean tech/renewables), verify safety credentials, and work closely with Account Managers to meet client submittal deadlines . Key Responsibiliti esTargeted Sourcing & Pipeline Developmen t: Proactively identify active and passive candidates using ATS/CRM databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, energy job boards, industry conferences, and referral network s.Technical & Operational Screenin g: Conduct in-depth phone and video interviews to evaluate technical capabilities, project background, safety records, and regulatory knowledg e.Credentials & Certification Verificatio n: Verify relevant industry certifications, safety training (OSHA, TWIC, NERC, HAZWOPER), and professional engineering licenses (PE, FE/EIT ).High-Volume Requisition Executio n: Manage simultaneous requisitions across diverse energy sub-sectors, includin g:Renewables & CleanTec h: Solar (PV/EPC), Onshore/Offshore Wind, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), EV Infrastructure, Hydroge n.Power & Utilitie s: Transmission & Distribution (T&D), Substation Design, Smart Grid, Nuclear, Thermal Power Generatio n.Oil & Gas / Petrochemica l: Upstream, Midstream, Downstream, Offshore Operations, Pipeline Integrity, ETRM/Ris k.Client Submittals & Representatio n: Package candidate profiles with detailed technical summaries, salary/rate expectations, notice periods, and mobilization readiness for Account Managers and client hiring manager s.Offer Negotiation & Onboardin g: Manage pay rate/salary negotiations, extend offers, oversee background checks/drug screenings, and ensure compliance for field or remote project placement s.Contractor Car e: Maintain regular touchpoints with placed contract workers to ensure high retention, contract extensions, and project completio #J-18808-Ljbffr GoldCoast Energy Solutions
