Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Shipping & Receiving CoordinatorHandling inventory functions within an ERP (enterprise resource planning) system.Physically pull parts from inventoryIssue parts to the production floorPack and ship parts through UPS or FedExProcess inbound domestic shipmentsRoute parts manufactured internallyUse a forklift and pallet jack for material movementTaking phone calls and providing status of deliveriesMultitasking with shipments and internal customer needsThe confidence and ability to organize received products in a timely mannerThe ability to tolerate interruptions and get back on track quicklySome basic commercial transaction knowledge is helpful (purchase orders, invoicing)Ability to use Microsoft Windows and a computerOne year of warehouse experience is preferredAbility to move up to fifty pounds occasionallyHigh school diploma or general equivalence degree (GED)Arch's workplace is climate controlled through all weather seasons.As part of the Arch Precision team, you will grow and develop your career through intellectual opportunities.
