Hiring throughout the Castle Rock area, including surrounding communities.

Important:
This position services the Castle Rock, CO market . While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Parker, CO office . Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the Parker office as required.

Employment Type:
Full-Time (W-2)

Compensation:
$70,000–$200,000+

Pay Structure:
Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Training:
Paid Training Provided

Schedule:
Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments

Travel:
Local travel throughout the Castle Rock market

Experience:
No roofing experience required

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners to understand their roofing and exterior restoration needs.
• Build relationships with customers and guide them through the sales process. 
• Conduct property inspections and assess exterior damage. 
• Present solutions that meet the customer's needs. 
• Communicate project details clearly and professionally. 
• Coordinate with internal teams throughout the project process. 
• Maintain consistent communication with customers from initial appointment through completion. 
• Use company-provided technology and tools to document customer information and project details. 
• Follow up with customers and maintain an organized sales pipeline. 
• Represent Aspen Contracting professionally in the community.

Sales experience is helpful, but not required . We value transferable experience from customer service, retail, hospitality, automotive, banking, telecommunications, insurance, home improvement, and other customer-facing industries.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. 
• Ability to travel locally throughout the assigned market. 
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. 
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team. 
• Ability to use a smartphone/tablet and company-provided technology. 
• Must be able to reliably commute to the Parker, CO reporting office for required training, meetings, and business activities. 
• Roofing experience is not required .

Compensation & Benefits
