Overview Omni PGA Frisco Golf Club is located just steps from the PGA of America headquarters, and Omni PGA Frisco Resort is a dynamic destination for golf lovers of all ages and skill levels. Home to two 18‑hole championship courses—Fields Ranch East, designed by Gil Hanse, and Fields Ranch West, designed by Beau Welling—the resort offers a variety of ways to play, including The Swing, a lighted 10‑hole par‑3 short course, and The Dance Floor, a 2‑acre putting course and entertainment space. Fields Ranch East has been selected to host some of the sport’s most celebrated tournaments, including the KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship in 2023 and 2030, the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship in 2025 and 2032, and the PGA Championship in 2027 and 2034—cementing Omni PGA Frisco Resort Spa’s place among the top golf destinations in the country. Position Overview The role involves handling administrative duties, planning, and support tasks as required by the Membership department. Essential Functions Assist in maintaining membership files according to policies and standards set by the company. Set up new members in ResortSuite including accounting information, recurring payments, and enroll them in Select Guest. Initiate requests for membership resignations and changes on a membership. In the absence of the Membership Director, meet with prospects, obtain information, answer questions, and give club tours. Assist members in bookings throughout the property and Omni Hotels & Resort portfolio when Membership Concierge is not available. Assist in the development and execution of membership events including social and golf events. Assist with special events & projects as needed (may work outside regularly scheduled shifts). Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team on event menus and details. Maintain Club1916.com and FieldsRanch.com websites. Oversee Select marketing materials and communications. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Maintain strict confidentiality within the scope of the membership base. Attend meetings as instructed and may complete meeting minutes. Use Microsoft Office, ClubEssentials, Resort Suite, Birchstreet, Concur, Canva. Qualifications Proven previous experience as an administrative assistant or coordinator is required. Organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail. High energy and outgoing personality. Computer knowledge required; must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite. CRM experience is a plus. Sales background preferred. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. 2–3 years of office experience required. A 4‑year degree is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent required. Team player able to foster relationships with members, employees, and other community leaders. Role may include weekends or evenings. Physical Requirements Office environment with occasional travel around the property. May sit, bend, stoop, push, pull, lift moderate to light amounts.
