Upscale Mexican style street food served in the restaurant. Cantina is a scratch kitchen. All items are made in house. Cantina is looking for friendly, outgoing team members with great customer service skills who are committed to quality, authenticity, and integrity in creating dining experiences.

United Concessions Group (UCG) is now hiring Bartenders to join their team at Cantina located inside of the Cleveland Hopkins Airport!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, along with menu food items
• Demonstrate solid bartending skills and maintain knowledge of drink recipes and bar offerings
• Take accurate orders, process transactions, and ensure timely service
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional guest interactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining area, and service stations
• Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation standards
• Support inventory management and restocking of bar supplies

Job Requirements:

• Stands for long periods
• Routinely lifts, carries, and moves materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Bends, reaches, and moves quickly in tight spaces
• Is legally able to work in the U.S.
• Is able to pass a federal background check
• Executes tasks independently
• Learns and memorizes tasks effectively
• Maintains concentration and focus on tasks
• Performs tasks in small or restrictive spaces
• Works in or around large crowds
