Pay: $20.00 per hour Hours: Part Time - Tuesday and Thursdays 8 to 4pm Are you someone who thrives on making others feel welcome, valued, and cared for? As our Per Diem Driver, you’ll be called in when our schedule is overflowing. So flexibility is a must. You’ll be at the heart of our community, providing transportation to residents for shopping trips, outings, appointments, and all special events outside the community. What You’ll Do: Operate a company passenger vehicle to transport residents to doctor appointments, outings, and shopping trips. Adheres to traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure the safety of passengers and others on the road Assist the residents with entering and leaving the vehicle Secure passengers' wheelchairs with restraint devices to stabilize during trips Maintain company vehicles following company policy Maintain a mileage log after each trip, recording the time left, destination, time returned, and total mileage. Qualifications: Friendly, polished, and reliable with strong communication skills. A positive attitude and the ability to handle unexpected situations gracefully with exceptional customer service. Self-motivated and able to work independently. COVID-19 vaccination required. Must have a valid Massachusetts driver’s license and a clean driving record. Comfort with basic technology tools.
