Buyers Safety Customer Service Representative The Buyers Safety Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by providing information about Buyers Safety products and services, taking orders, and processing returns. Answer customer calls regarding quotes, purchase orders, and order changes. Assist walk-in customers as needed. Create and maintain strong customer relationships. Provide excellent customer service. Problem solve to determine customer needs. Follow up and follow through. Assist with editing of digital art/logos. Utilize POS and industry specific accounting systems. Partner with Accounting to ensure new accounts are set up in a timely manner. Maintain accurate files and documentation. Maintain knowledge of product lines and industry standards. Prepare reports on time. Competencies Communication Proficiency Dependable/Reliable Detail Oriented Technical Capacity Problem Solving Detail Oriented Self Motivated Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite Customer service experience Digital art/logo editing is a plus Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisor responsibilities. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment routinely utilizing standard office equipment. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. with occasional Saturdays. Travel Occasional local travel may be required for this position.
