Location: Faribault, MN
Compensation: $20.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday

• Assemble various cable products according to specifications and quality standards
• Read, comprehend, and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
• Operate hand tools and production equipment used in cable assembly processes
• Perform quality inspections and checks to ensure products meet required specifications
• Maintain and operate equipment used for setup, assembly, and production tasks
• Complete assigned production duties in a high-volume manufacturing environment

What You Need to Bring to the Cable Assembler Role:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on an intermittent basis
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Basic math skills and the ability to interpret process sheets and SOP manuals
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend work instructions in English
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen
• Ability to wear required PPE, including eye, hand, foot, and hearing protection
