Lead Teacher – Lead Infant, Toddler, and Two's Teachers at The Gardner School of Weymouth. What You’ll Do Lead and inspire your classroom with creativity, care, and excellence. What We Offer Competitive Pay: The pay range for this position is $21.25–$26.25 per hour, based on education and experience. Qualifications Education/Certification: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field and 9+ months of previous experience with children (preferred); or High School diploma with Early Childhood Education (EEC) Certification and 36+ months of experience. Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire). 1+ years of early childhood education experience, with lead or co‑lead experience preferred. Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Regular and reliable attendance. Intermediate PC skills and proficiency with general administrative tasks. Active engagement throughout the day, including standing, sitting on the floor, bending, and lifting up to ~60 lbs. Ability to fulfill cognitive and interpersonal aspects of classroom leadership, including speaking, hearing, reading, writing, focusing attention, and building relationships. Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
