Site Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a Site Manager to join their team. As a Site Manager, you will be part of the Facilities Management department supporting site operations and maintenance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem‑solving skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title Site Manager What’s the Job? Coordinate all aspects of property management, maintenance, and record keeping to ensure smooth site operations. Act as the primary liaison with clients, managing staff, financials, and vendors for successful building operations. Oversee repairs, maintenance, and site inspections to maintain safety and compliance standards. Respond promptly to requests from clients and occupants, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Monitor the facility to ensure it remains safe, secure, and well‑maintained, including overseeing critical systems like HVAC and GMP areas. What’s Needed? Experience with building systems, vendor management, and construction oversight. Familiarity with GMP environments, critical systems, and regulatory standards such as FDA audits. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of SAP‑based systems, VMS, and HVAC systems is a plus. 5-7 years of related experience, with a background in facilities management or similar roles. What’s in it for me?
