Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Data Conversion Analyst to support source-to-target mapping, data cleansing, reconciliation, validation, testing, and migration activities associated with Missouri's ERP transformation initiative.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of Data Conversion experience

• 5+ years of SQL experience

• Experience with ERP implementations

• Experience with large-scale data migration projects

• Experience performing data analysis and reconciliation

• Strong understanding of relational databases

• Experience with data validation and quality assurance

• Strong client-facing communication skills

Preferred Experience:

• Oracle ERP implementation projects

• Financial systems

• Payroll systems

• Human Resources systems

• Government ERP projects

• Data governance initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze source and target data structures

• Create and maintain source-to-target mapping documents

• Perform data profiling and quality assessments

• Validate migrated data

• Support reconciliation activities

• Investigate and resolve conversion defects

• Coordinate with business users during UAT

• Develop SQL validation scripts

• Create reports supporting migration readiness
