What You’ll Do As a home care team manager, you will coordinate all patient care services for your team, collaborate with physicians, and schedule team members to ensure patients receive quality care when needed. The role requires leadership skills and clinical expertise and is the perfect next step for a nurse looking to grow their career. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited college or university (or international equivalent) is preferred. Current and valid R.N. License to practice in the state where the VITAS program is located. Two years of successful supervisory experience or equivalent in a health care organization.
