Ingredients for a Rock Star GM:

• 2+ years in restaurant management (fast casual or full service preferred)
• A track record of building strong teams & mentoring future leaders
• Budget-savvy, people-smart, and solutions-focused
• You communicate like a pro and hustle with heart
