Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Facilities Technician

Position Type: Full time, Contract to Hire

Duration: 12months

Location: Clifton NJ, 07014

As a Facilities Technician you will be: Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the facilitys structure, equipment and grounds, including all trades (mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.). Performs trades work, such as carpentry or painting, in the construction, repair or alteration of structures such as walls, roofs or office fixtures. Conducts routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment. Uses blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications. Requires knowledge of applicable standards or regulations and may require specific trade certifications. Strong mechanical aptitude and over all "Jake of all trades/ Handyperson, Proficient in Lock-Out/ Tag-Out (LO/TO) Procedure. Physical requirements including climbing ladders, extended seating & standing or other physical efforts. Must have ability to lift up to 45 pounds. Will need to work outside, inside, walking building and grounds. Exposure to exterior elements including cold, wind and heat. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $35 to $40/per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidates education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
