School-Based Speech Language Pathologist responsible for providing speech and language therapy to school-aged students. The role offers competitive compensation up to $65 per hour and is located in Indianapolis, Indiana. Key Responsibilities: Provide speech and language therapy assessments and interventions for school-aged students in accordance with IEP goals. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrative staff to develop and implement effective communication strategies. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions. Execute screening and evaluation procedures to identify students with speech and language impairments. Adapt therapy plans based on student needs and progress, ensuring compliance with school policies and state regulations. Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders. State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP). CPR certification. Minimum of 1 year of experience working with school-aged children. Prior experience in a school setting. Ability to pass background checks. Excellent communication skills.
