Sourcing Coordinator

Supporting the procurement process remotely, the full-time Sourcing Coordinator will manage supplier evaluations, ensure data integrity in contract databases, and facilitate contract negotiations to meet business needs. Key responsibilities: Assist in the procurement process by providing data entry and management support via the SCMP technology platform Maintain compliance by administering and organizing contract and supplier files, ensuring all documentation meets company and client standards Coordinate communication and transitions with service providers, managing contract changes and compliance audits Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field Experience with procurement software or ERP systems Familiarity with the commercial real estate industry Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
