We are looking for a passionate Special Education Teacher who wants to focus on what truly matters: supporting students, building relationships, and making a meaningful impact in the classroom.

What You'll Do

• Create an engaging, supportive classroom environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally • Deliver individualized instruction aligned to student learning needs and state standards • Collaborate with paraprofessionals and multidisciplinary teams to support student success • Implement positive behavior strategies and classroom supports using PBIS principles • Track student progress and communicate with families and school teams • Adapt curriculum and classroom activities to support diverse learning styles • Foster confidence, independence, and emotional growth in students • Partner with related service providers and school staff to create meaningful student outcomes

What We're Looking For

Required

• Arizona Department of Education Standard Professional Special Education Teaching Certificate • Bachelor’s Degree • Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

Preferred

• Master’s Degree in Special Education or related field • Experience working with students with learning and/or social-emotional needs • Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills • Passion for creating inclusive, student-centered learning environments • Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
