SHAPE CREATIVE DIRECTION AND CONCEPTS

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a cohesive creative vision that aligns with the brand’s identity and long-term objectives. Your work will ensure that all creative outputs resonate with the target audience and consistently reflect the brand’s core values.

STRATEGIZE PARTNERSHIPS AND ACTIVATIONS

You'll create and execute strategic plans for partnerships and activations to expand the brand’s reach and impact. By collaborating with like-minded partners, you will deliver meaningful, engagement-driven initiatives that align with the brand’s goals.

OVERSEE CREATIVE AND ART DIRECTION

A key part of this role involves providing creative and art direction across all projects. You will ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with the brand’s aesthetic and messaging, maintaining the highest standards in all visual and conceptual outputs. The role will act as the final approver for all assets (including retouching) and marketing collateral.

GUIDE AND COLLABORATE WITH CREATIVE PARTNERS

As a central point of contact, you'll guide and work closely with agencies and collaborators. This includes creating clear briefs, providing constructive feedback, and offering strategic guidance to ensure all creative efforts are aligned with the brand’s vision and objectives. Maximize Synergies and Elevate Brand Awareness You'll leverage existing partnerships and resources to enhance the brand’s visibility and impact. By delivering innovative, cutting-edge experiences, you will strengthen the brand’s reputation and establish its presence as a leader in its industry. Bachelor’s degree in design, communications, or in a related field 8+ years of experience in similar positions in a premium or luxury fashion context Proven ability to create compelling campaign visuals and assets with an innovative, forward-thinking approach Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a strong eye for detail and precision Strong conceptual and analytical skills with experience in B2B and retail environments. Collaborative team player skilled in working with partners and stakeholders to achieve shared goals Exceptional presentation skills, capable of delivering impactful and inspiring creative concepts Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.986 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
