Schedule: - Shift: 3x12 nights
Requirements: - Minimum 2 years RN experience - Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, TNCC - Experienced in emergency departments with approximately 95–100 patients/day - Experience with 4:1 patient ratios - Triage and high-volume ED triage experience - Skills in IV starts/maintenance, blood product administration, central line care, and procedural sedation
Roles & Responsibilities: - Perform triage and manage patient care in a high-volume emergency department - Monitor and manage patients requiring BiPAP/CPAP, ventilators, and continuous IV sedation - Administer medications and IV vasopressors as needed - Provide care for a diverse patient population, including pediatric and geriatric patients - Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Compliance / Notes: - Local travelers not eligible; permanent residence within 50 miles ineligible - Required to fulfill any requested time off during submission
