Full Stack Developer – AI Integrated Solutions
Richmond, VA 23219

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to help lead the design and development of cutting?edge, AI?integrated applications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands?on, full?stack environment and is excited to mentor developers while shaping the technical direction of next?generation solutions.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer or similar leadership role.
Strong full?stack development background with hands?on application development experience.
Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI?driven features.
Proficiency in Python, React, and Azure cloud services.
Solid understanding of both SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of AI?integrated applications.
Drive full?stack development efforts across front?end and back?end systems.
Collaborate closely with cross?functional teams to design scalable, secure, and high?performance solutions.
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior engineers.
Contribute to best practices, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a Microsoft?centric environment.
Familiarity with OpenAI technologies or other modern AI platforms.
