Inventory Clerk
Indotronix International Corporation
Monday 8am start.
Parking may be a bit on the high end, please make sure that the candidate is aware.
• 1+ years of experience in laboratory operations or customer service environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Outlook
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). (Can be trained, but highly preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellence in customer service and relationship management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment and operations preferred
• Physical ability to lift, push and pull up to 40 pounds
• Willingness to wear required PPE (lab coats, safety glasses, etc.)
• Emphasis on ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Experience with inventory management and asset tracking
• Commitment to safety protocols and regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
• Ability to escort vendors and coordinate service activities
