Senior Manager, IT Platform Engineering

Leading a technically proficient team, the remote Senior Manager, IT Platform Engineering will oversee enterprise identity, network infrastructure, and endpoint engineering programs while ensuring delivery outcomes align with business objectives. Key responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of senior IT platform engineers, managing the full people management lifecycle Own delivery accountability for major IT programs, partnering with engineering teams to protect strategic initiatives Manage relationships with key technology vendors, ensuring milestone accountability and performance governance Required qualifications 8+ years in enterprise IT with at least 3+ years in a senior management role in a technology company Hands-on experience with identity platforms, including Okta or equivalent environments Multi-cloud fluency across platforms such as AWS, Azure, and/or GCP Proven track record in building and scaling technical teams across multiple organizations Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence across cross-functional teams
