Lead Customer Engineer - Power Electronics & Interconnect Solutions

Education Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field. Experience 2-5 years of technical support experience in the connector/interconnect industry (design wins preferred). Familiarity with interconnect systems, controllers, ESS/EV charging, or battery/module systems. Basic knowledge of industry standards (e.g., UL, EIA, IEC, Telcordia) is a plus. Technical Skills Proficient in 3D modeling (Creo) and Product Data Management (Windchill). Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Skills Strong verbal/written communication (able to explain technical concepts to global teams). Excellent customer service and relationship-building. Organized with sharp presentation skills. Responsibilities Customer Solutions ???: Analyze needs and propose power solutions (existing products, modifications, or new concepts). Create models/presentations to showcase solutions. Technical Support ?: Generate engineering documents (drawings, specs, test results). Collaborate with thermal/simulation teams and lab testing. Product & Market Expertise ?: Advise customers on emerging trends and competitive differentiation. Build trusted relationships with key clients' engineering teams.
