Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – $33–$42/hr + Benefits

Ross Family Dentistry is an established, patient-focused, highly regarded private general practice with a state-of-the-art office and an amazing, fun team. We’re looking for an exceptional, sincere, and motivated Experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join us.

Compensation

• $33–$42/hour , depending on experience

Schedule

• Full-Time: 4 days per week

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors with all chairside and four-handed dentistry procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure patients are comfortable and well cared for
• Sterilize instruments and maintain strict infection-control protocols
• Provide an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
• Maintain accurate clinical records in Dentrix Ascend
• Cross-trained a plus
• Assist with Invisalign and iTero scanning

Qualifications

• Current California RDA license
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum 2 years experience required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• A genuine commitment to providing outstanding patient care
• Invisalign and iTero experience
