Integration Consultant, Core Mobile Communications Job Category: Delivery Requisition Number: INTEG001593 Posted : May 15, 2026 Full-Time Locations Showing 1 location McLeod Software Headquarters 100 Corporate Dr Birmingham, AL 35242, USA Description Purpose of the Position: The Integration Consultant, supports customer installations and upgrades and serve as a conduit between our customers and integration vendor partners. You will also lead and coordinate efforts with colleagues in the areas of product enhancements, modifications and installations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Setup/Install Symphony Mobile Communication module interfaces. Provide consultative analysis of current dispatch operations. Recommend best practice workflows to customers in order to help them fully utilize the integration modules. Test modifications and enhancements to the integration modules. Provide small and large group training to customers. Conduct remote training sessions with clients on an as needed basis. Assist Sales team with technical information and Statements of Work. Ability to travel 50‑75%, with occasional weekend travel. Ability to learn internal software and systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and projects efficiently. Ability to interact with varying organizational levels confidently. Ability to communicate technical information coherently to a variety of stakeholders. Education / Experience: Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of experience providing customer support and/or training, required; or 6+ years of providing customer software support and/or training, required. Working knowledge of the transportation industry, preferred. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, required. Experience setting up and installing Symphony Mobile Communication module interfaces, required. Experience testing modifications and enhancements to integration modules, required.
