Dietary Aide

Sheridan Medical Lodge is a long-standing healthcare provider in the Burkburnett community. The facility is equipped to handle both short-term rehab and long-term care, meaning the kitchen environment is structured and fast-paced. We focus on maintaining a clean, organized workspace so that staff can perform their duties without friction. Qualifications Food Handler certification (can be provided by facility). High school diploma or GED equivalent. Experience in a commercial kitchen or healthcare setting preferred. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Skills Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Strong attendance record. Professionalism when interacting with residents and family members. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in food service or healthcare environments is helpful but not required. Pay Rate: $11/hour. Schedule: Full-Time, 6am-2pm or 11am-7pm. Responsibilities Prepare dining rooms and individual trays for meal service. Serve meals to residents while adhering to specific diet cards and portion controls. Assist in basic food preparation as directed by the Dietary Manager. Clean, wash, and sanitize dishes, silver, and kitchen equipment.
