Procurement And Project Management Support

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support our procurement and project management teams. The successful candidate will be a critical link between project planning and execution, ensuring that project requirements are met efficiently and on schedule.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years of Supply Chain and/or Vendor Management experience
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency
  • Experience with construction project management software
  • Experience with reading construction drawings
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Review project scope documents and validate project requirements against construction drawings
  • Initiate and manage the routing of procurement proposals and change orders
  • Maintain Project Status Tracker and communicate delays to project managers
  • Placing orders with vendor and tracking order fulfillment to project sites
  • Help develop and maintain reports leveraging project scheduling, budget, and/or cost data
  • Provide administrative support with tasks ranging from note taking during coordination meetings to monitoring vendor schedules as needed
