This position participates in our compensation program, which provides opportunities for future pay growth based on performance and career development.401(k) with a dollar-for-dollar company match up to 4%Hotel discounts at select Western States Lodging & Management propertiesEligible full-time associates are entitled to the following:Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans plus Health Savings Account (HSA) optionsOptional supplemental benefits, including accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, and other coverage options.Personal Time Off (PTO) and Vacation benefitsWhat You'll DoClean and service guest rooms efficiently while consistently meeting hotel brand standardsMake beds, replace linens and towels, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and thoroughly clean bathroomsReplenish toiletries, towels, coffee supplies, and other guest amenitiesPrioritize daily cleaning assignments based on guest check-in and check-out times and operational needsIdentify and respond professionally to special guest requests and preferences, including requests for additional towels, pillows, linens, or amenitiesInspect guest rooms for cleanliness, presentation, and adherence to established quality standardsIdentify and report maintenance concerns, damaged items, or other issues requiring attentionMaintain clean, organized, and properly stocked housekeeping supplies and work areasClean and maintain guest-accessible areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, fitness areas, and other common spaces as assignedFollow established safety, sanitation, security, and chemical-handling proceduresDemonstrate Western States Lodging & Management hospitality and service standards in every guest interactionWhat Makes You SuccessfulHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred1–3 years of housekeeping, guest room attendant, or related hospitality experienceExperience working within a hotel or hospitality environment preferredProficiency in professional cleaning techniques, procedures, and sanitation standardsExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsAbility to communicate professionally and positively with guests and fellow associatesStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standardsAbility to safely work with cleaning products and chemicalsAvailability to work some weekends and holidays as business needs requireAuthorization to work in the United States and proof of identity as required by federal lawPhysical RequirementsThis position requires frequent walking and standing throughout the shift, along with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and repetitive cleaning movements.
