Role Summary: The Risk and Compliance Senior Analyst works with the application service delivery organization and other compliance related functions to help:
- Perform audits/reviews to assess risks in Application development, Infrastructure Managed Services and Maintenance service environment
- Manage risk in Application development and Infrastructure Managed services to an acceptable level
- Increase the level of awareness of and compliance with Security policy and process related matters
- Support successful completion of various external compliance certification programs and internal compliance assessments
- Introduce continual improvement including lessons learned from matters requiring intervention
This successful candidate for this role will be a member of a dedicated team operating a Controls and Compliance function, which will perform audit style reviews of Application Development & Infrastructure Managed Services outsourcing engagements covering compliance matters and operational service management and service delivery good practice.
Must Have Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Auditing principles and practices
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Application/Infrastructure Security and/or audit roles within an Application Development & Infrastructure Managed services environment
- Strong knowledge of Application Security concepts, including Secure SDLC models Secure coding standards OWASP Top 10 Threat modeling SAST (Static Application Security Testing) DAST (Dynamic Application Security Testing) Single Sign-On (SSO) Encryption principles
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Operational Compliance, including: Contract Management Service Reporting (SLAs and OLAs)
- Risk management or risk assessment experience
- Knowledge of cloud environments and services
- Team and stakeholder management experience
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Data Privacy and Protection knowledge
- Security and Cloud certifications:
- SOC 1 and SOC 2 awareness (SSAE 16 / ISAE 3402)
- Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery awareness: ISO 22301
Other Requirements:
- Must be amenable with mid shift schedule, with a hybrid work set-up
- Occasional in-country travel may be required
- Flexibility in working hours to support meetings with global teams and service delivery stakeholders in other geographies
- Overtime may be required at times
