Patient Enrollment Representative

Virtual Vocations Inc

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Patient Enrollment Representative will make outbound calls to prospective patients and their caregivers, guiding them through the enrollment process for a pharmacy service aimed at supporting medically complex seniors. Key responsibilities Make an average of 120 outbound calls daily to educate and enroll prospective patients Guide patients through the enrollment process using an approved script and respond to inbound inquiries Document interactions and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience Required qualifications At least 1 year of experience in a contact center, patient-facing provider office, or customer service role Proven ability to manage a high volume of outbound calls while meeting performance targets Strong communication skills with an empathetic approach to patient interactions Ability to work independently from a distraction-free home office Reliable internet connection of at least 100 Mbps with wired ethernet access
