Basalite Building Products is looking for a dependable, safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our Carson City team. If you enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and being part of a fast-paced team, this could be a great opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do

Safely operate forklifts and yard equipment .
Load and unload customer and company vehicles.
Receive, count, stack, and organize building materials.
Verify inventory and report damaged or missing products.
Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner .
Complete daily equipment inspections and basic paperwork.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard.

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ year of forklift experience preferred.
Basic reading, writing, math, and counting skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
Comfortable working outdoors and around industrial equipment.
Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed .
