Senior Program Manager, Cybersecurity M&A Integration

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager-level cybersecurity program/project management contractor to lead post-close security integration and separation activities supporting mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures (M&A/D).

The ideal candidate combines hands-on cybersecurity knowledge with strong program delivery skills and can independently manage multiple complex, concurrent workstreams. This individual will partner closely with stakeholder in & outside of cyber to ensure post-close security commitments, priorities, and transition activities are completed on time and with appropriate risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of post-close cybersecurity integration and separation activities across multiple M&A/D transactions or workstreams.
• Drive cross-functional delivery in & outside of cyber; establish ownership and drive resolution of blockers.
• Identify, assess, escalate, and mitigate integration and separation risks as they arise.
• Provide clear, executive-ready status reporting on progress, risks, resource constraints, key decisions, and next steps.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT program/project management, including experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong program-management skills, including management of detailed plans, schedules, dependencies, RAID logs, governance forums, and executive reporting.
• Strong stakeholder-management, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to operate independently & agilely in a fast-paced environment.
• NOTE: While working knowledge of cybersecurity is preferred, it is not required.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $60-70/hr USD.
