Metropolitan Community Health Services (MCHS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that employs a patient centered approach, providing access to high quality, affordable primary care, dental care, and behavioral health preventive and wellness services to people of all ages regardless of their financial or insurance status or the ability to pay in Beaufort, Martin, Washington, Tyrrell, and Hyde counties.


We are seeking a medical biller. The Billing Specialist generates revenue by making payment arrangement; collecting accounts; monitoring and pursuing delinquent accounts. They are responsible for ensuring that the billing team submit medical claims to insurance companies and payers such as Medicare and Medicaid. It is a position that is critical for the revenue cycle of our health center.
