Job Details

• Position Description: Provide outpatient physical therapy services at an offsite location associated with a healthcare facility for a 13-week assignment.
• Certifications, Education Requirements, and Experience: Valid professional physical therapist license with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required.
• Location Requirements: Candidates must be eligible to work in the specified state.
• Schedule: Monday and Wednesday from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM; Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Open to negotiation with two late days required until 7:00 PM. Additional options include Monday and Tuesday from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with Wednesday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with flexibility on days of the week and late shift requirements.
• Additional Information: This outpatient role involves engaging with patients to develop and implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and modify therapy as needed. Candidates must be able to work independently and demonstrate excellent patient communication skills. Submission requires Prime Resume, Prime Reference #1, Prime Reference #2, and Prime Skills Checklist.
