About The Role The IT Support Specialist will provide hands‑on technical support, device deployment, and IT maintenance across corporate and warehouse environments. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, familiarity with Microsoft 365 and endpoint management systems, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced setting. Schedule & Compensation Monday‑Friday, Full‑Time, Exempt. Hybrid – 220 Remington Blvd, Bolingbrook, IL. Salaried: $65,000 – $80,000 annually. What You Will Do Diagnose, prioritize and resolve IT issues for local and remote users in alignment with defined SLAs. Deploy, configure and support PCs, printers, scanners, tablets and other peripherals in warehouses and corporate offices. Maintain and update hardware, operating systems and application software. Manage user accounts in Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID. Provide support for OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams and other Microsoft 365 tools. Support third‑party and in‑house software. Support devices enrolled in Microsoft Intune, Jamf and SOTI. Assist with IT support‑related projects such as device deployments, equipment setup and assigned tasks. Assist in IT asset management, including inventory tracking and reporting. Work within an internal ticketing system to meet defined SLAs for response and resolution while prioritizing incidents based on business impact. Maintain accurate and complete ticket documentation. Document solutions, standard procedures and recurring issues in the knowledge base to ensure consistency, scalability and audit readiness. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on technical support experience. Strong IT diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Experience with networking concepts and troubleshooting. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Flexible, adaptable and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Self‑motivated, proactive, with high attention to detail. Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to travel occasionally. Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform tasks while standing for extended periods. Physical Demands The role requires regular talking or listening and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. while standing for extended periods.
