Accounting Clerk

Our client, a dynamic organization in the finance and administrative sector, is seeking a dedicated Accounting Clerk to join their team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be an essential part of the finance department supporting daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization. Location: Lake Wales, FL Pay Range: $17 Shift: 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday What's the Job? Handle general Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) tasks with accuracy and efficiency Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents Utilize Microsoft Office products, with a preference for Excel proficiency, to manage data entry and reporting Work independently after training to complete assigned tasks accurately and on time Reconcile financial items such as purchase orders, invoices, discounts, credit memos, and final payments What's Needed? Basic experience or familiarity with AR and AP processes Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Effective communication skills for interactions via phone and with other departments What's in it for me?
