Production Coordinator

Judge Direct Placement is working with a growing food manufacturing company specializing in edible oil production is seeking a highly organized and dependable Production Supervisor to join its operations team. This position is ideal for an experienced manufacturing professional with a strong background in food and beverage production who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading teams to success.
We are looking for a stable, consistent performer with strong leadership abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities- Lead daily production activities in a food manufacturing environment.
- Supervise and mentor production employees to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
- Coordinate workflow, staffing, and production schedules.
- Monitor production performance and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, sanitation, and company standards.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet production goals.
- Maintain accurate production records and reporting.
- Experience in food and beverage manufacturing required.
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or production lead experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated job stability and consistent work history.
- Ability to lead teams and drive results in a manufacturing environment.
- Degree preferred but not required.
- Strong Production Leads with demonstrated leadership potential will be considered.
- Competitive salary based on experience.
- 5% Annual Profit Sharing
- 3% to 5% Christmas Bonus
