- Field Operations Manager — Residential CleaningLead our residential cleaning crews and help us grow from five crews to seven.Pay$48,000 – $55,000 base — target earnings $60,000–$70,000 with performance commissionJob TypeFull-time, in personScheduleMonday–Friday, day shift starting at 7:30 AM. Weekends as needed.Location1201 E Parker Rd, Suite 210, Plano, TX 75074## About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on field leader to run our residential cleaning operation. We currently operate five crews and plan to grow to six or seven without giving up the quality our clients expect. You will hire, train, and coach the field teams, run quality inspections in the field every day, and own the numbers that keep crews productive.## What You'll Do* Recruit and hire cleaning staff for the field teams* Onboard and train new employees* Develop team leads and hold crews to clear performance expectations* Run quality inspections in the field and coach on the spot* Monitor daily field performance, attendance, and crew productivity* Build and launch two additional crews as we expand## What You Need2+ years supervising cleaning, janitorial, or home-service crewsExperience hiring and training frontline employeesWilling to be in the field daily for inspections and problem solvingAble to run a consistent quality-inspection processFamiliar with field-service software (we use Jobber)Valid driver’s license with a clean driving recordSpanish proficiency strongly preferred## What We OfferPaid time offCompany vehicle and phonePerformance commission — $2,000 per crew successfully launchedQuarterly bonuses tied to revenue growthReferral programOpportunities for advancement## Ready to Apply?Fill out our online application.
