- The 2-Year Standard: A minimum of 2 years of continuous clinical experience is required. We need a seasoned pro who can step in and lead from day one.

- Productivity Mindset: You hate waste. You are constantly looking for ways to make the clinical day smoother, faster, and better for the patient.
- Credentials: A valid Tennessee RDA License is a must. (Nitrous/X-ray certifications also required).
