Senior Associate - Director: Commercial Due Diligence

Leadenhall Search & Selection are currently hiring on behalf of a boutique strategy consultancy, with offices in New York and London, who specialise in Commercial Due Diligence work. They are seeking individuals ranging from the Senior Associate level (3 years minimum) to the Director level in their New York office. You would work across different stages of the M&A cycle and broader strategy consulting project, particularly on Commercial Due Diligence projects. Responsibilities Working on CDD projects for a range of clients across financial services, technology, business services, industrials, education, consumer, energy, and private equity clients Conducting in market, competitor and customer analysis Developing commercial assessments (market sizing, growth forecasts and revenue potential) Building financial and commercial models to support Requirements Minimum 3 years experience in strategy consulting Experience working on commercial due diligence projects Experience across work such as growth strategy, value creation, mergers & acquisitions, market mapping, buy-side strategy, sell-side strategy, vendor CDD, etc. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills What's on offer Competitive salary and strong performance bonus Entrepreneurial, meritocratic environments, where promotion is done on a work-completed basis as opposed to a tenure-basis Fantastic work-life balance Interested?
