Cardiovascular/Interventional Radiologic Technologist

The Cardiovascular/Interventional Radiologic Technologist operates independently and without direct supervision as the technologist responsible for the coordination and performance of diagnostic radiology, angiographic procedures, and complex vascular and non-vascular and therapeutic procedures. These exams are performed with and without contrast materials. The purpose of these exams is to achieve diagnostic studies so that proper diagnosis and treatment will be delivered.
