Benefits & Perks Competitive hourly pay Annual performance bonus Paid Time Off (PTO) Vision and dental insurance Ongoing training and development Positive workplace built on teamwork and respect Responsibilities Assist clients with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and maintain a safe home environment Provide medication reminders and observe changes in client condition Assist with transportation, errands, and appointments as needed Follow individualized care plans and communicate effectively with clients, families, and office staff Work independently in clients' homes while delivering compassionate, high-quality care Qualifications Current Florida CNA license or HHA certification (Required) Current CPR certification (Required) Valid driver's license (Required) Reliable vehicle and active auto insurance in the caregiver's name (Required) CEUs current and up to date (If Available) Physical and TB screening (Preferred, if available) Ability to pass a Level 2 background screening (Required) Previous caregiving experience (Preferred) Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor Strong communication skills Positive attitude and passion for helping others Dependable attendance and punctuality This position requires successful completion of a Level 2 background screening through Florida's Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
