We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Technical Developer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise SAP solutions within complex business environments.
This role focuses on building scalable S/4HANA solutions, modern integrations, and custom developments that support critical business operations.
You will work across the full development lifecycle, from technical design and coding to testing, optimization, and post-production support.

Accountabilities:

As a Senior SAP Technical Developer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality SAP development solutions while supporting enterprise transformation initiatives. You will contribute to technical strategy, application performance, and continuous improvement across SAP landscapes.

• Design, develop, test, and support custom SAP enhancements, integrations, and reports within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Develop and optimize solutions using ABAP, ABAP Objects, CDS views, AMDPs, OData services, and HANA-optimized development approaches.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs in collaboration with functional consultants and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain SAP Fiori integrations and support modern user experiences aligned with S/4HANA architecture.
• Implement enhancements using SAP frameworks including BADIs, user exits, and implicit or explicit enhancement points.
• Develop and support integrations using technologies such as IDocs, RFC, BAPIs, and web services.
• Perform performance analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization using SAP diagnostic and monitoring tools.
• Support SAP transports, change management processes, and deployment activities using established governance practices.
• Contribute to S/4HANA transformation projects, system improvements, and technical documentation.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings deep SAP development expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience working with modern SAP architectures. This professional should be comfortable collaborating across technical and business teams while delivering reliable enterprise solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of professional SAP ABAP development experience, including significant experience with S/4HANA environments.
• Strong expertise in ABAP OO, CDS views, AMDPs, and HANA-optimized ABAP development.
• Experience developing OData services and integrating SAP Fiori applications.
• Hands-on experience with SAP enhancement frameworks, including BADIs, user exits, and custom extensions.
• Strong knowledge of SAP integration technologies such as IDoc, RFC, BAPI, and web services.
• Understanding of SAP business modules and related data structures, including FI/CO, SD, MM, or PP.
• Experience with SAP performance tuning tools such as SAT, ST05, and HANA diagnostic utilities.
• Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM, and SAP transport management processes.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Experience with S/4HANA implementations, system conversions, SAP BTP, ABAP RAP, SAP CPI, or Fiori/UI5 development is a plus.
• SAP-certified ABAP developer credentials are preferred.
