⚠️ FOREMAN POSITION – EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (NOT ENTRY LEVEL) ⚠️

Believeland Landscaping & Snow Removal is looking for a proven Landscape & Hardscape Foreman to lead full installation projects from start to finish.

This role is for someone who can run jobs, manage crews, communicate with customers, and deliver high-quality work consistently.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

✔️ Minimum 3–5 years hands-on landscape & hardscape installation experience
✔️ Proven experience leading crews on active jobsites
✔️ Strong background in:

• Paver patios, walkways & driveways

• Retaining walls

• Grading & drainage

• Full landscape installations (sod, planting, mulch, etc.)

✔️ Ability to read plans, scopes of work, and layouts
✔️ Comfortable speaking with customers and representing the company professionally
✔️ Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
✔️ Valid driver’s license (chauffeur’s license a plus)

BONUS SKILLS (Higher Pay Potential)

• Quoting or estimating jobs

• Upselling upgrades (lighting, drainage, edging, enhancements)

• Equipment operation (skid steer, mini-excavator, plate compactor, etc.)

PAY & WORK SCHEDULE

$1,200 – $1,500 per week (based on experience & performance)
Full-time, year-round position
❄️ Winter work available (snow operations, site support, equipment prep)
