Job Summary

As a Home Health Aide (HHA) with Modani Care, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to seniors and adults in their own homes. Our commitment to delivering high-quality services is unmatched, and we're seeking dedicated professionals like you to join our team.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
Assist clients with medication management, meal preparation, and light housekeeping tasks.
Monitor and report client progress to the healthcare team, ensuring continuity of care.
Foster positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers, promoting a sense of trust and respect.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client care and services provided.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Home Health Aide or similar healthcare role
