RN Supervisor Responsibilities:

●     Lead and mentor a team of nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional patient care

●     Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

●     Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and patient care

●     Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to nursing staff

●     Monitor and report on patient outcomes and satisfaction

●     Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement

●     Develop and manage budgets for nursing supplies and equipment

RN Supervisor Requirements:

●     Current RN license in the state of PA

●     Minimum of 1 years of experience in a healthcare setting

●     Strong leadership and mentoring skills

●     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

●     Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

●     Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare technology
