Available Positions & Financial Overview

• Fort Collins (Central Clinic): 1 Opening - Full-Time or Part-Time (Excellent clinic environment for a New Graduate).

• Loveland (Orchards Clinic): 1 Opening - Full-Time (Seeking an experienced clinician ready to step in as the primary treating PT).

• Johnstown Clinic: 1 Opening - Part-Time.

Compensation Structure

• Full-Time Salary: $78,000 - $90,000 per year (Commensurate with experience; new grads at the baseline).

• Part-Time Rate: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour.

• Part-Time Float Option: Up to $60.00 per hour (A full-time salaried float track can also be considered based on preference).

• Performance Bonuses: Active quarterly bonus structure with the opportunity to earn up to an additional 10% of your annual salary, alongside annual merit-based increases with no ceiling.

The Practice Model: 1:1 Care & Clinical Support

• Patient-Centered Pacing: Focus entirely on dedicated 1:1 patient care within a highly collaborative outpatient setting.

• Manageable Caseload: Expect a balanced, stress-free volume of 10 patients per 8-hour shift.

• Modern Work Tools: Utilize WebPT for streamlined EMR charting, backed by advanced AI-assisted documentation tools and up to 2 paid dedicated charting blocks per week to eliminate take-home paperwork.

• Core Modalities: Deliver evidence-based treatments focusing on orthopedics, functional rehab, and manual therapy techniques.

Fiercely Flexible Scheduling

The clinics are open Monday through Friday (7:00 AM - 6:00 PM) with absolutely no weekend or on-call requirements. Choose the schedule that best protects your work-life balance:

• 5 x 8-hour shifts

• 4 x 10-hour shifts

• 9-hour shifts paired with a dedicated half-day off

• Flex hours are fully available with advance notice.

Submission Requirements

• Licensure: Active (or pending) Colorado Physical Therapist License.

• Safety: Valid BLS Certification (Reimbursement and annual courses provided post-hire).

• Clinical Preference: Trigger Point Dry Needling (TDN) certification is highly preferred.

• New Grads: Welcome to apply! A Structured New Graduate Mentorship Program is fully established for any therapist within 0-2 years of graduation (Best fit: Fort Collins or Johnstown).
