Registered Nurse Endoscopy

Responsibilities: Safely deliver and document patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure effective patient outcomes, support quality care, and contribute to organizational goals. Utilize critical thinking, management, and problem-solving skills, considering patient age and cultural diversity. Promote excellent customer service and participate in performance improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing school (Associates or Bachelors preferred). Minimum of two years recent experience in Endoscopy, Surgical Services, or ICU. Current Florida nursing license and BLS certification required. Strong communication, interpersonal, computer, and customer service skills needed. Key Duties: Coordinate and oversee nursing care based on standards set by the American Nursing Association, Florida Nurse Practice Act, and regulatory guidelines.
