Staff Accountant
Location: Dartmouth, MA 02747
Schedule: Hybrid
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000

CFS is partnering with a growing financial services organization seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join its accounting team.
Responsibilities

Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
Assist with financial reporting and analysis
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1-4+ years of accounting experience
Financial services, banking, mortgage, or lending industry experience preferred
Strong Excel skills and accounting software experience
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and organizational skills

Salary range of $65,000 - $85,000
