• Licensure/Certifications: PA license or IMLC LOQ required, Board Certification in Oncology preferred
• Experience: Previous oncology/hematology practice experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $498.86

What You’ll Do

• Provide expert adult hematology and oncology care in a community-based practice setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including front office staff, nurses, and support personnel
• Manage general oncology and hematology cases using the EPIC EHR system
• Support the opening and operational setup of a new practice, including patient consultation and treatment planning
• Maintain compliance with all applicable licensing and credentialing requirements
• Participate in clinic workflows, documentation, and patient education

What You Need
Required:

• PA license or IMLC LOQ
• Board certification or eligibility in Oncology
• 2+ years of relevant clinical experience in oncology/hematology
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR system

Preferred:

• Experience working in a new practice environment or community-based care
